I was walking home from town and stumbled across this piece of graffiti.
I don’t think I need to add words {although, I may come back to it at some point} but I just love the sentiment. Whether it’s a bar of chocolate, a trip away or just doing something out of the ordinary, sometimes rebellion really is a GREAT thing.
The one thing that’s really struck me about this snow storm is the silence. Living right next to a motorway I’m used to the constant hum of the M4 right by my bedroom window but today – nothing, nada, silence. There are a few cars buzzing along but on the whole it’s extremely quite which is making for a very pleasant experience.
Anyway, it was Scooby’s first ever snow experience and to say he was unimpressed is an understatement. Unlike Georgie who LOVES it. You can read more about that in my article over on Yahoo!
Here are some pictures from our walkies up the canal and fishing lakes…

I love the snow, it makes everything look pretty and new…of course, I’m lucky, I work from home so I don’t have to trudge through the slush or try and get to work – but still, you have to admit, it does make everything look very pretty.
