Want to let stress go? Do this daily.


It’s Monday so I’m pretty sure there are a few of you (including myself) out there who are probably feeling stressed, distracted, worried about hitting deadlines, feeling overwhelmed, worried how you’ll get everything done etc.

But I’ve found a wonderful website that will push all that aside.

Simply, clear your schedule for 2 minutes, click here and just sit back and zone out.


That’s it. Just do nothing for 2 minutes. Repeat daily to watch the stress melt away.

  1. I’ve heard this before. Sometimes it’s good to just take a littlw bit of time out for yourself. Gather your thoughts and move forward!

  2. Ok so I clicked the link, made it to all of 12 seconds before I started feeling more stressed about the fact I was wasting time HAHA!

  3. Love the sound of the sea, although it is nice to just sit in the house and listen, instead of getting blown away down at the actual beach!
