How to make: DIY Kitchen Multi-purpose Spray

Part of my quest to live a simpler, less toxin filled life has led me to start making my own multi-purpose, all natural, kitchen cleaner.

Actually, calling it a kitchen cleaner is doing it an injustice as I use it EVERYWHERE! And the best part about it is that because it contains no bleach I can spray it on the curtains, cushions, husband  – anywhere really that needs a bit of a spruce up.

I have three main issues when it comes to shop bought spray cleaners:

1. They ALWAYS make me cough. Granted not as bad as the oven cleaner but after using the sprays I can feel my chest getting tighter – and that horrible chemical smell just doesn’t do it for me.

2. They’re EXPENSIVE. You don’t really realise until you stop using them how expensive they are. After all, they are one of life’s necessities if you want a non-sticky, non-stinky, clean, hygienic
kitchen right? But if you want a decent spray cleaner you’re looking at least £2.50 a bottle!

3. I would ALWAYS end up covered in bleach. I don’t know how or why but the bleach in these sprays would almost always end up on my clothes. I’ve lost count how many pairs of trousers and tops I own with the little burgundy bleach patch present.

And trust me, you may think it’s a bit of a faff to make your own kitchen sprays, but once you try it – you’ll be hooked. You never run out because it take a couple of minutes to whizz up another bottle and like I said, you can also use it on all surfaces.

I’m going to share with you my favourite kitchen multi-purpose cleaner recipe…

Please note: I use (cheap) vodka because I don’t really like the smell of using vinegar, although the smell does go within a couple of minutes. Witch Hazel is another alternative to either vodka or vinegar.

You can also mix it up when it comes to your essential oils. I tend to stick with more citrus smells, mostly because it’s personal preference but I also think they smell “cleaner” and have added benefits.

Ingredients:

– Vodka / White Vinegar / Witch Hazel
– Water
– Essential Oil(s)
– 500ml Glass Spray Bottle (preferable because of the essential oils, will explain further in the post) spray bottle.

Method:

It really is simple to make!

Just add approx 50ml of Vodka/100ml white vinegar / 100ml witch hazel to your bottle.

Fill the rest up with water and then add 30 drops of essential oils.

I use 10 drops of lemon, 10 of grapefruit and 10 drops of a blend called OnGuard which is a mix of clove, eucylptus, rosemary and cinnamon.

Give it a good shake and voila – your kitchen spray is DONE.

Is it as hygienic as shop bought cleaner?

Good question. Well, it clearly doesn’t have bleach but you don’t need bleach to make sure your worktops are clean!

The reason I use vodka is that it gives a streak-free shine to my work surfaces and alcohol is, of course, a natural disinfectant, meaning that it kills any germs and bacteria that could be lurking.

Vinegar and witch hazel also have their good points but I’ll leave that for another post.

Essential oils

Frankly, the main reason I use essential oils is because they smell great. BUT oils such as lemon and grapefruit have antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Meaning that they’re ideal for cleaning the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom.

Glass bottles

It’s always best to steer clear of plastic bottles when you can. Unfortunately, the spray tops are nearly all plastic.

It’s especially important to steer clear of plastic when using essential oils as some of the properties in the essential oils can cause the plastic to break down. There are certain types of plastic that are immune to essential oils such as HDPE but it’s just easier to get the glass bottle.

And last but not least, always shake the bottle before using it. The essential oils will almost always rise to the top so you want to make sure that you get it mixed back in with your mixture as soon as you can.

You can also add a tiny drop of liquid soap to your mix too but I don’t like using that on surfaces other than the kitchen or bathroom.

Change your search, save the planet.

It seems that sometimes simplicity is the answer. A simple solution to saving the planet? Change the way you search the internet.

Last week I discovered Ecosia, a search engine that uses the ad revenue to plant trees. It works as an extension to your existing browser (I use chrome and safari) and once installed you can click the little globe icon on your browser bar and search away.

So far they’ve planted nearly 12 million trees in places including Madagascar, Peru, Burkina Faso, Nicaragua, Indonesia, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Morocco and Brazil. They also invest 80% of their profits each month to reforestation projects.

I love their transparency ethos too, and you can head to their website where they post their full financial statements.

So how does it really work?

Last year Google (.com) made $78.4 BILLION from ad revenue alone. So, Ecosia figured, if just ONE percent of those searches went through their search engine then they could raise enough to plant 1.2 million trees every day.

That’s the equivalent of reforesting an area the size of 1,200 football pitches.

The search engine information comes from Bing and Yahoo, so I’ll be honest, you don’t always get the same results (or as good) as you would from google but there is an option to switch to google search if you want and there’s also a filter that allows you to search amazon, wikipedia and youtube too so actually, it’s pretty useful.

The aim of Ecosia is to plant 1 billion trees by 2020 and it’s crazy to think how easy it is to be involved in that by just searching the internet – something we all do, every day.

5 easy ways to ditch plastic

A couple of days ago was Earth overshoot day. That means we’ve used up a years worth of earths resources in a mere seven months.

Just let that sink in for a moment.

We’ve reached the point where the amount of natural resources that humanity takes from the Earth is more than what the planet can renew in a whole year.

ALL THAT IN SEVEN MONTHS.

And we’ve done it by over-fishing, over-harvesting forests, and emitting more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than forests can sequester. In short, humans are demanding more from the earth than it can produce.

And that is scary.

But we can all do our bit. And it’s actually something I’m going to be focussing on from here on in. I want to live more consciously and start to do my best to make changes that will benefit the environment. I’ll never be perfect, but I will try my best to be better when it comes to plastics.

So here are 5 EASY ways your can ditch plastic from your life.

Be honest about your plastic habit.

I recently stood in my kitchen, looking at my recycle bag and couldn’t actually comprehend how much plastic was in there. Seriously, we produce very little rubbish in our household but our plastic recycling was off the charts. So it’s time to evaluate your plastic usage. What can be removed? Think about buying loose fruit and veg, ditching shrink wrapped food stuff and even changing your toothbrush to a bamboo one.

Turn down straws!

image via zerowasteweekly.com

Straws are probably one of the single, most wasteful things you can use. Single use straws never degrade, instead they break in to small pieces and end up inside marine life – I don’t think I need to go in to details here but it’s horrific.

Whilst corporations need to take responsibility and reduce the plastic waste they create you can help by buying your own reusable straw (if you need a straw at all that is). Get a couple and keep them in your handbag for when you’re out and about. Personally, I prefer glass straws to steel (they use go through me) and I use these ones I purchased from amazon.

Say no to take away coffee cups.

We all know by now how disastrous take away coffee cups are for the environment. We use 2.5 billion a year in Britain alone and only ONE in every 400 of those are recycled.

So take your own. There are plenty of nice useable coffee cups (I have a gorgeous one from Starbucks that I purchased in Copenhagen airport) and some outlets give you money off your drink for using a reusable cup = win/win.

Take your own shopping bags.

We’ve had the 5p charge in Wales since 2011 so it’s rare that I’ll wander out without a reusable bag in tow. In fact, in the first 4 years of the 5p charge in Wales, usage of single use plastic bags dropped by a whopping 79%! I tend to stick with the foldaway bags as they are easier to transport and always in my handbag for spontaneous shopping trips.

Time to get rid of bottled water.

Not only will ditching your bottled water habit be good for the environment but it will also benefit your health. Plastic contains BPA and phthalates, both of which have a negative impact on our bodies. Instead find a BPA free water bottle and refill as you need. I personally opt for a glass bottle, which I purchased from TK Maxx.

Lets Talk About: Starbucks Unicorn Frappucino

It’s not often I weigh in on fads like the unicorn frappucino trend. I mean, I get it, the world is shit at the moment and if we can add a little colour and joy to our food and drink then why not.

There’s nothing WHATSOEVER magical about the amount sugar and other toxic ingredients in these drinks.

As someone who champions balance (I love my cake and wine too much not too) and who tries to avoid being holier than thou on this blog (there are way too many blogs telling you to eat more kale and have no fun already) I just cannot get on board with these beverages.

But whilst the unicorn frappucino may be an instagrammers dream, the reality is far from it. Starbucks describe this “drink” as being…

Magical flavors start off sweet and fruity transforming to pleasantly sour. Swirl it to reveal a color-changing spectacle of purple and pink. It’s finished with whipped cream-sprinkled pink and blue fairy powders.

Sounds great right? And then you come to the ingredient list…

Ice, Milk, Crème Frappuccino Syrup [Water, Sugar, Salt, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid], Whipped Cream [Cream (Cream, Mono And Diglycerides, Carageenan), Vanilla Syrup (Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid)], Mango Syrup [Sugar, Water, Mango Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavor, Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Turmeric, Gum Arabic], Blue Drizzle [White Chocolate Mocha Sauce (Sugar, Condensed Skim Milk, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Natural Flavor, Salt, Potassium Sorbate, Monoglycerides), Classic Syrup (Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid), Sour Blue Powder (Citric Acid, Color [Spirulina, Water, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid])], Pink Powder [Dextrose, Fruit And Vegetable Color (Apple, Cherry, Radish, Sweet Potato)], Sour Blue Powder [Citric Acid, Color (Spirulina, Water, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid)].

^ All this, in one drink.

But you know the most shocking part? It’s not the ingredients, it’s the SUGAR.

ONE Venti Unicorn Frappucino made with whole milk and whipped cream has a whopping 76 GRAMS of sugar. Yes, you read that right! 76g!

That’s the equivalent of 19 teaspoons of sugar or 2 + 1/2 standard Mars Bars. According to Refinery29 the unicorn frappucino has more sugar content  than SIX Krispy Kreme doughnuts (and that’s in the small drink).

As a woman, one of these drinks would take you 3 times over your daily recommended sugar intake. So imagine how many times over the limit a child would be by drinking this? And it’s children who are going to flock to this drink!

That level of sugar will never be pretty! And one of these drinks isn’t going to kill you but its not going to make you feel very well either. And I suppose what really gets my back up with drinks like this is the appeal it has to children, I mean, what kid wouldn’t want a multi-colour drink that was topped off with magical dust?

It’s a timely reminder that it’s time to start giving a shit about what we’re taking in and being aware that if you order one of these type of drinks (because don’t get me wrong, the unicorn frappe isn’t the worst offender on menus across the world – it’s not even the worst offender in Starbucks) then you’re going to be overdosing on sugar that you don’t need and that your body is going to pay for.

So tell me, does knowing how much sugar is in this drink put you off purchasing one?

Things I’m not paid to endorse: Meet Cleo

Did anyone read Bangs latest blog post about how blogging has somehow become less about the writing and more about the hustle? Not her exact words, but the same train of thought. She’s right.

I started blogging at around the same time as BAAB and although my blog has gone through a few rebrands and taken a few different directions, one thing I’ve always tried to do is be truthful about the products I recommend. But I thought I’d start a new series where I share things I love because I think YOU will love them too and not just because there is some incentive.

So let me share with you my favourite thing this week (well not just this week…) Cleo!

Have you heard about it? It’s a virtual assistant for your money. It works via Facebook messenger and will give you a complete run down of your finances helping you keep on top of what money you have, what you don’t have and how much you’re spending. I particularly like the weekend spending feature which usually shames me into realising if I just saved a fraction of what I spent, I could be quids in.

Cleo links up to your bank accounts (and credit cards) and makes calculations about your finances, from creating a pie chart that shows where you’ve been spending your money (such as eating out, food shopping and transport) to sending messages about how much cash you should ration yourself to each day if you want to make it to pay day in tact.

One of my favourite features is being able to just send a quick facebook message to ask “whats my balance”, it saves the hassle of logging in to my banking app – especially as I’m a squirreler so have money tucked away in a few different accounts.

The only downside that I’ve noticed so far is that it does take a little while to update. So for instance, incomings and outgoings that I’ve made today, won’t show until tomorrow.

And for anyone whose worried about the safety aspect of using this app, they use bank-level encryption and security practices so you can be sure that your data (and cash) is secure. However, if you use Facebook on a public computer or you share your messenger account, maybe it’s something to consider.

But still, it’s a good tool and makes it easy to keep track of your cash. Plus, here’s the thing: as women we need to get over our fear of money. If we want to be happier and healthier then we have to make sure we have our shit together. Money blocks can cause an issue in all areas of your life.

So will you be trying cleo*? If you do, let me know how you get on!

*Note: The link shared above is unique to me. I’m not getting paid to share the service, it’s just the link that you get when you sign up. In case you think there’s any dodgy dealings going on.

The one oil all women should own…

Just a heads up that I’m ran a Facebook event last night on women’s health and essential oils. It will be available until March 5th. Visit and comment on the posts and you could win and lemon or orange essential oil.  > https://www.facebook.com/events/256364551477496/

I’ll also be giving away 3 oils for those who attend the event live!

So with that out of the way I want to just share what I think the number one oil that all women need to have in their arsenal. Of course, it’s hard for me to pin down just ONE oil but Clary Sage is one of the most important essential oils for hormones, especially in women.

Clary Sage has anticonvulsive, antidepressant, antifungal, anti-infectious, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent and anti-inflammatory properties and can help with cramps, heavy menstrual cycles, hot flashes and hormonal imbalances.

Here are the top 3 reasons why Clary Sage is a great essential oil for women…

Relieves Menstrual Discomfort.

I used to suffer from horrendous period pain. Until I started using a mixture of vitamin C and Clary Sage. I’ll talk about the vitamin C element on another post but Clary sage is an antispasmodic, meaning it treats spasms and related issues such as muscle cramps, headaches and stomachaches. It does this by relaxing the nerve impulses that we can’t control.

Can help you sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping or suffer from insomnia then Clary Sage is the oil for you. It’s a natural sedative so will give you that calm, peaceful feeling you need to send you off in to the land of nod. As you know, not sleeping can have a massive effect on your life – your energy levels, mood, productivity, stress levels and overall health will suffer.

Helps increase circulation.

Clary Sage opens up the blood vessels and allows for increased circulation. It can also help lower blood pressure by relaxing the brain and arteries. This boosts the performance of the metabolic system by increasing the amount of oxygen that gets into the muscles and supporting organ function.

There are plenty more benefits of clary sage so if you have time tonight do pop along to my class. But I’ll make sure I schedule in another post to praise the great work that Clary Sage does. Don’t forget to join me at 8pm tonight!! xoxox

Improve your relationship with yourself in 4 simple steps

I suppose Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to post this. Not because I know some of you out there may be feeling down about things but because if we’re going to celebrate a day of love, then we may as well think about our most important relationship – the one with ourself.

Self love isn’t just about standing in front of the mirror repeating a positive mantra to yourself. It’s not even just about “loving” yourself more. It’s actually a complete change in the way you live.

Self love is about what you think, what you say and what you do.

And sometimes self love is going to mean exercise, green juice and healthy foods, other days it’s going to be spending time with loved ones and there will be days where it’s going to be about lounging around in your pj’s and watching an entire boxset on Netflix.

So here are 4 steps to improve your relationship with yourself – because that relationship is FOREVER.

Do a lifestyle audit.

Take an honest look at what’s working in your life and what isn’t. Break up with any bad and unhealthy habits that may not be serving you at this exact time in life. If something isn’t working; this is the time to change it.

Schedule in self care!

Like I said above, your version of self care is not going to be the same as anyone else’s, at least not at any one time. But whatever your version of self care looks like then it’s important that you schedule it in on the calendar and make sure you stick to it. You wouldn’t schedule in a doctors appointment and then not turn up, so make that same commitment to your self care routine.

Think about what you’re feeding yourself.

I don’t just mean your diet here, but what you’re taking in full stop. Think about the amount of news you’re watching, the reality shows, the blogs you’re reading, the social media company you keep…

Listen, I’ll be the first person to admit that I love my Real Housewives of Orange County/ New York / Beverly Hills / Melbourne / Potomac (< seriously) but there are times when they just don’t serve me. They can leave me feeling seriously depressed about my surroundings. When you think of it, all the drama and the negativity in these shows can’t do our soul much good.

And then you consider your online life, is your feed full of complaints and negativity or does it lift you up and make you feel good?

Start crowding out some of the junk and noise. You’ll not miss it, in fact, you’ll feel lighter and brighter – I guarantee you.

Stop making excuses…

This point needs its own post. But it’s time to stop making excuses for things you no longer want to do and to stop making excuses and apologising for indulging in your own hobbies and passions.

By making excuses, you’re just damaging yourself.

Make a list of excuses you’re currently using (not going to the gym because? Not going to see friends because?) and then take some serious time to think about WHY you’re making those excuses. Avoiding the gym because you just don’t like it – then quit and do something more meaningful. Not going out with friends because you’d rather chill out on the sofa? Just say so and own it.

Doing something you LOVE and something you want to do – even if it doesn’t fit in with someone else standards is SO much easier than having to continually make up excuses in your own head all the time.

And to finish up here’s a Girl Power Manifesto from Jennifer Pastiloff  pin it to your vision board, print it off and stick it to the side of your computer – whatever you prefer, just read it and drink it in.

XOXO

Wellness Trends for 2017

Happy New Year! I was hoping that this blog post would be with you a tad sooner than mid January but thankfully wellness is a topic we can talk about anytime.

Anyway, despite my lurgy I headed to BBC Wales on New Years Day to talk about the latest trends in lifestyle and wellness. If you didn’t manage to catch the interview then here are my top 10 predictions…

SLEEP

I really believe that 2017 is going to be the year that we disconnect. Our phones and tablets are going to take second place to rest, family and friends. As an iPhone addict I can tell you that my year will certainly contain less iPhone. But sleep is going to be huge this year. And that’s a good thing.

The old mantra of “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” is just code for if you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll be there sooner than you think.

Check out this piece by Ariana Huffington: Sleep your way to the top.

Automation.

2017 is the year for automation or as a wellness trend forecast put it “The Mark Zukerberg Effect”. Quite simply, there’s a reason why people like Mark Zukerberg, Steve Jobs, Simon Cowell etc wear the same outfit day in day out – it saves them from having to make too many decisions before they start their day.

Other Celebrities/public figures also do it, Dr Oz has blueberries for breakfast every day so he doesn’t waste any time thinking about what he needs to have. Anna Wintour plays a game of tennis EVERY morning at 6.30am. Barack Obama starts every day with a workout.

It’s a simple method of taking less decisions out of your day therefore busting busy. Try to automate just one or two areas of your life from your work wardrobe to your breakfast and see if it makes a difference.

Out with the chemical beauty haul.

So it may seem like every day that another celebrity starts hawking their #nomakeup selfie. But in 2017 more people will turn towards natural beauty methods by realising that their skincare is a natural extension to their overall health. From coconut oil to essential oils. No more damaging skincare lines instead more natural beauty. Check out Rachel Hunter’s quest for natural beauty here.

More collagen!

Collagen is the secret to glowing skin, silky hair, strong nails and can help health leaky gut as well as ease joint pain and symptoms of arthritis. The bone broth revolution has only just started!! Check out THIS article to learn more about collagen.

Protein Water.

Protein shakes have been a staple in the health and fitness world for a long time. However, they aren’t always the easiest things to drink in terms of taste, texture and time. But there is a solution – protein water. Since protein is vital for keeping our metabolism running, our energy levels topped up and our blood sugars stable then it’s important that you get not only enough protein, but good quality protein also.

Protein Water Co. has a great range of protein water that keeps you hydrated and with 20g of protein per bottle.

Turmeric.

If you’re not already having a daily dose of turmeric then you need to start asap. Turmeric has a wide range of health benefits, it has antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. But it’s also loaded with a host of nutrients such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc and more. I buy my turmeric powder from Rise Organics and use it daily with a drop of black pepper oil (because black pepper can enhance turmeric’s effects) in either a latte or in a soft gel capsule. I also use turmeric in soups, stews and curries.

Active Travel.

Have you SEEN the price of petrol lately not to mention the increases on the rail network. However, there’s an alternative – active travel. It’s a great way to get around and if you’re travelling to work then it can have a huge effect on your productivity levels. It also reduces stress, helps you save money and is better for the environment. There are also apps that you can download such as FlowFinder that will help hook you up with your nearest shower or changing facility so you don’t have to sit through the work day feeling a hot, sweaty mess.

Gut Health.

Good health starts in your gut, any health professional will attest to that. But I think that this year we’ll see more people take their gut health seriously. This will involve more people paying attention to the foods that negatively impact their gut health and also increasing their intake of probiotics, fermented foods and digestive enzymes.

Minerals.

We all hear about how the major vitamins have an impact on our health but 2017 we’re also going to be paying attention to minerals too. Modern, stressful lifestyles can result in a depletion in our mineral supply, which can then cause a variety of problems such as fatigue, weak bones and a decreased immune system. But this year is all about re-mineralizing (< is that even a word?) and to get a quick start on this trend head straight to the bathroom for a relaxing 20 minute soak in some epsom salts or magnesium flakes.

Staying in is the new going out.

I promise you that this isn’t just an age thing. But more people are choosing to stay at home with tea and netflix than to whoop it up in the club. A trend I can get right on board with. 2017 is all about adding plenty of ME time in to your routine. After a crazy, busy week getting cosy with a self -care mindset is most definitely the new party routine.

Of course there are plenty more wellness trends that are going to be big in 2017, from infrared saunas to medicinal mushrooms. But the main thing is that we all try to have a happy, healthy year ahead.

Take Rest.

Take rest. A field that has rested gives a beautiful crop. – Ovid

take rest

Hello Strangers.

I’m taking a bit of a blogging rest. In fact, I’ve had a bit of a rest from quite a few things. But after a week in Lanzarote and a little shake up with my client list, I’m raring to get back to it. So I thought it was only apt that I share the above quote.

Seriously, if you’re feeling burnt out, frazzled, unable to take action because you just don’t know where to turn. Take a rest. Whether your rest involves complete disconnection or surfing pinterest for 5 hours, do something that relaxes your mind.

This won’t be my last word on rest either. My little break is helping me see clearly which direction I want to take things. I’ll be talking more about how you can be the ceo of your own health, how you can get out of that busy trap and also how being well can help your business. Not to mention still sharing my musings on the latest health trends and fads.

But it’s Monday and my new regime is that I don’t work on a Monday so back for more rest I go. But not without saying if you’re interested in health, wellness, entrepreneurship and of course essential oils, give my Facebook page some love. And also, why not sign up for my newsletter where I’ll share exclusive content and offers that won’t be on this site?! The form is below.

Stay Safe and I’ll “see” you in 2017!

You are not for everyone – and that’s ok

I posted this a while ago, but thought it was time to update it slightly as it’s one of my most popular posts.

I stumbled up an image on Facebook (at the end of this post) which is an excerpt of Rebecca Campell’s book Light Is the New Black: A Guide to Answering Your Soul’s Callings and Working Your Light

Here it is:

You are not for everyone

The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not like you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fiercley. They are your people. You are not for everything and that’s OK. Talk to the people who can hear you.

Don’t waste your precious time and gifts trying to convince them of your value, they won’t ever want what you’re selling. Don’t convince them to walk alongside you. You’ll be wasting both your time and theirs and will likely inflict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal. You are not for them and they are not for you; politely wave them on and continue along your way. Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift; don’t cheapen it by rolling yours in the wrong direct.

Keep facing your true north.

I cannot tell you how much, every time I read these words they resonate with me.

These really are some wise words – in all aspects of our life. From work to friendship to relationships. Life is just way too short to spend time and valuable energy trying to convince someone that you are for them.

It’s hard if you’re a people pleaser to get used to those five simple words. It may be deep down in your psyche to think about what others think about you and how their opinions should come before your own. But really, it doesn’t have to be that way.

The more you become yourself, the more you will find that your people will flock to you. It may not happen overnight, but that’s no reason to give up. Being disliked by someone is no real reflection on you, it’s just that you’re not their person.

YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. Those words should be in your daily mantra and if you’re currently in one sided friendships where you’re only picked up when you can do something for them or you’re chasing a client that means that you constantly have to sell yourself – pack that shit up and move on.
You are not for everyone. And that’s OKAY!
