I’m afraid that I’m still slightly addicted to Nutella. I blame Kirsty of things that have caught my eye for sharing nutella boards on pinterest – it’s encouraged me to continue this love affair.
Anyway, I made some Nutella Fudge – gooey, chocolatey, super simple to make and perfect for the weekend.
Here’s what you need…
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
• 70g salted butter
• 190g Nutella
• 226g chocolate chips {any good quality chocolate will do}
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Here’s how you do it…
• Grease a 8′ x 8′ baking tray and then line with parchment paper.
• Next stir together the condensed milk, vanilla, chocolate chips, butter, and the Nutella (which should be at room temp).
• By creating a double broiler – (placing your bowl over a saucepan of simmering water) stir until the chocolate chips have melted and you’re left with a smooth, velvety type mixture.
• Scrape the mixture in to your preprepared tray and smooth the top with a spatular.
• Leave to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours – I found that the fudge was nicer when it was left over night – it was a lot firmer than when the below image was taken – so if you can leave it overnight – do so.
And there you have it. Tasty Chocolate, Nutella Fudge.

* The board was gifted to me and is from the new HOUSE collection at John Lewis
I’ve also been told that this fudge makes a great ice-cream topper – just melt it down and drizzle over ice-cream!
